With a limitless number of customizations, you’ll have plenty of choices available. Every computer that leaves our store has anti-virus software, firewall software, and a spyware elimination bundle installed and updated. We also update your computer with all of the latest service packs and patches for your operating system (and office suite as necessary).
We install a free office suite, Open Office, which is compatible with Microsoft Office but without the high cost. It includes the following free components: - Writer (similar to Microsoft Word)
- Impress (similar to Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Calc (similar to Microsoft Excel)
- Base (similar to Microsoft Access)
- Draw (similar to Microsoft Visio)
- Math
- Ability to export documents in Adobe PDF format
Our desktop computers are backed by our three (3) year warranty. Laptop computers are backed by our one (1) year warranty; you may, however, purchase an additional warranty for all laptop computers.
